I truly love these evenings offering sound to a group of souls.
Every session is different, every sound is perfectā¦. even when itās not.
The energy in us and from the group always flows in whatever direction it needs to go.
ā¦& itās absolutely beautiful to be a witness of it and serve within it.
Blessings to you Blazenka, for all the effort and love you put into making these events happen, as frequently and successfully as they do.
6 years. Thank you. Ya te volim ā¤ļø

I had psyched myself up so much after watching loads of TikToks last night on mask removal and refresher dive tests, but honestly, nothing could have prepared me for the feeling of being back in the ocean and facing that fear again for real.
I had to override the panic and trust my mind, trust my body, give myself the chance to rewrite a new history, one where I remember that I am safe.
The reality is, itās extraordinarily rare for a mask to come off during a dive, but if it ever did, I now know I could calmly remove it and return it comfortably. It might feel uncomfortable, but itās not dangerous as long as youāve got your regulator in. And even if your regulator comes out, thereās an easy way to recover it, plus youāve always got your secondary there too.
I felt extraordinarily emotional at different points during the dive because I remembered just how much I love being in the water. Seeing an octopus, beautiful little fish happily sharing this world with us⦠it honestly touched my heart.
So now, a very emotional Daniela Mallozzi is signing out after facing a fear that lived in my nervous system for years.
Iām excited to dive again.
Iām deeply grateful.
And Iām really proud that I didnāt listen to the part of my brain telling me to get out.
Instead, I trusted my instincts.
I trusted my body.
And because of that, I got to experience something truly beautifulā¦. āUnder-da-seaā
Getting ready to do my first scuba dive in four years, including refresher skills like the mask removal exercise.
This one feels particularly important to me because when I was 24, during a mask removal exercise in Mexico at 32 metres down, I had a full stress panic response underwater. For the record, thatās not a depth you should ever be doing a mask removal exercise.
That experience created a real stress response in my brain around removing the mask, so today was about more than just diving. It was about feeling safe again, feeling confident in my body and nervous system, especially if I want to eventually dive with sharks.
Proud of myself for facing it instead of avoiding it.

Healing is necessary for health and happiness⦠but it doesnāt always have to be hard, heavy, or overwhelming.
Sometimes healing looks like finally feeling safe enough to breathe again.
Sometimes itās understanding yourself differently.
Sometimes itās releasing something your body has been carrying for years without even realising it.
One thing Iāve learnt through my work is that no two people heal the same way.
Some people need stillness.
Some need movement.
Some need nervous system regulation.
Some need to feel heard.
Some need practical strategy.
Some need gentle guidance back to themselves.
I love intuitively working out which tools, techniques, and conversations will best support each individual person who comes to me.
Because true healing isnāt about forcing.
Itās about creating enough safety for the mind and body to soften, reconnect, and remember who they really are underneath the stress, survival, and conditioning.
And often⦠it can happen far more gently than people think ā¤ļø
Muscle Corrective Therapy MCT goes beyond massage.
It locates the root cause of the muscle problem.
There are three key elements to this work:
1: Assess the hips, pelvis and spine alignment
2: Release the muscle problems physically
3: Restore and secure muscle memory
4-6 sessions recommended to allow the body to return to baseline.
I have loved offering MCT over these past 11 years in Australia, as I canāt stand to see people suffer unnecessarily, and am passionate about preventing medications and operations where possible.
Letās breathe together, to increase your calm and connection to your incredible body.
In this video, we will do the heart coherence breath together.
This breath allows your mind, body and emotions to come into balance.
Five seconds in
Five seconds out
Do it five times or for five minutes to achieve results.
Imagine your torso is a balloon, and you want to inflate the entire balloon - because nobody wants half inflated balloons at our birthday party now do they? š
Breathe from your side ribs first, expanding them, then inflate your stomach and chest.
Blow those balloons up properly - inflate your torso fully - breathe well to live well.
Youāve got this!
Practice makes progress.

One small act of kindness⦠and this happened.
My heart was already wide open⦠and then I watched Michael Jackson biopic and cried through most of it.
Feeling his heart⦠his light⦠and how it still lives on.
It got me thinking⦠how does our light live on?
Months ago, I shared with a friend and her daughters something I love doing, writing little notes and leaving them in random places for people to find.
Today she sent me a voice messageā¦
She walked into her daughtersā room and found them writing notes.
They said:
āWeāre making kind messages and putting them in peopleās bags and letterboxes⦠like Daniela did.ā
Theyād already been to the shops, placing them in peopleās trolleys⦠and were making more to go out again.
And just like that⦠I needed another box of tissues.
One conversation.
Now a ripple.
A note might reach someone having a hard day⦠and remind them they matter.
This is how light spreads.
Every act of kindness counts.
And in some small way⦠I feel like Iām honouring Michael Jackson.
Because light doesnāt disappearā¦
it moves through us.
If youāre reading thisā¦
you matter.
The world needs your light.

I just had a gut-wrenching momentā¦
My iPad, the one that holds every song Iāve ever learned for my gigs, suddenly stopped working and the backup didnāt work on another device.
Years of music⦠gone š¢
At first, I felt devastated, then something shifted.
I remembered that past me had taken photos of songs over the years, Thailand, Mexico and Australiaā¦little breadcrumbs of my journey.
So I started again.
I downloaded Guitar Pro⦠which is an amazing app (and I highly recommend it to musicians!) and have just spent the last 2.5 hours rebuilding a brand new playlist.
But Itās not just the sameā¦Itās better.
Iām playing fuller chords, Iām understanding the music more deeply and I can feel myself levelling up.
Because for years I just made do with chords that I would find online, before many of these apps were even invented, to make it work as best as it could.
What started as frustration turned into forward movement.
What felt like loss⦠became an upgrade.
It made me wonder, if sometimes things seemingly go wrong to nudge us into a better direction to help us level-up somehow.
In the last couple of months I have now acquired:
A new guitar
A new speaker
A new app
And now Iām actually more excited about playing than I have been in a long time.
Iāve fallen back in love with music, practising and learning.
Now Iām really excited for my gig next Sunday at Engadine bowling club.
A reminder that when things seemingly go wrong, sometimes theyāre just allowing us to go in a stronger directionļæ¼.
Life really is one hell of a heavenly beautiful mess!

⢠Carpal tunnel syndrome

š¤ Why this work is different
This isnāt about temporary relief.
Itās about creating lasting change in the body in as short a space of time as possible, targeting specific areas to allow a change at a cellular level.
ā
How it works
We begin with a 45-minute initial consultation + treatment, where your body is assessed, key imbalances are identified, and the correction process begins.
From there, most clients move into a recommended 5-session plan (30 mins each), allowing the body to return to baseline and create sustainable results.
It takes approximately 4-6 sessions to change and stabilise muscle memory.

š„° Meet Daniela
Daniela began her journey in England, training in Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Reflexology, creating a foundation of both nurturing care and effective treatment.
Over time, her focus shifted beyond relaxationā¦
into helping people move through real pain, restriction, and injury.
After moving to Australia, she deepened her skills in musculoskeletal therapy (advanced sports massage), learning how to precisely locate and release key muscular patterns, and simply fell in love with the results it allowed for her and her clients.
With over 12 years experience working with clients, with the body and the mind, in life coaching, neuroscience and nervous system work, Daniela understands that the body and mind are deeply connected, and where appropriate, she gently supports both.
