Gracie Balmain - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Ten years ago Gracie Balmain opened with an empty room and a handful of white belts. Last week, we tied black belts on seven more of our own.

Most of these men took their very first jiu-jitsu class in this room. Others came to us as blue and purple belts and made Balmain home for the rest of the road. Either way - thousands of classes, injuries, comebacks, life happening around the edges - and they kept showing up.

Absolute legends off the mat, complete savages on it. Couldn’t be more proud to have these men represent Gracie Balmain.

Last week we celebrated our ten year anniversary with the biggest belt ceremony in Gracie Balmain history - 20 promotions across every belt level.

Every single one was hard earned and well deserved. Congratulations to everyone who levelled up.

🥋 Exciting News for our Young Warriors! 🌟 Gracie Balmain is thrilled to announce our upcoming Kids' Jiu Jitsu and Self-Defence Workshops!

Happening on the 17th & 24th April 2024, these sessions are perfect for kiddos aged 5-12 to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu basics, play fun games, and make new friends, all in a supportive environment. 🤗
