🌏🧡 This Week at Time Together Family Day Care we celebrated Harmony Day by exploring our identities and learning about the world around us 🧡🌏

The children enjoyed reading Whoever You Are by Mem Fox, discovering how children everywhere may live differently but share many similarities too. It sparked wonderful conversations about our families, cultures, and what makes each of us unique.

Through play, discussion, and shared experiences, we embraced the message that everyone belongs🧡

The children enjoyed their time with the light box, featuring transparent colour cubes, magnetic shapes, and disco lights. They showed considerable enthusiasm for building, creating shape patterns, and stacking, while observing the beautiful colours shine and blend together.

At Time Together Family Day Care, our little learners explored with vinegar, baking soda, and ink droppers.🫧✨

Hands-on fun, curious minds, and lots of smiles as we discovered cause and effect through play.

🍎🥝 **Healthy Eating in Action!** 🥕🍌

This week, our children enjoyed learning about healthy eating through hands-on activities! From role playing washing fruit and making colourful fruit skewers to creating their own food chart, they were fully engaged and having fun while learning.

These experiences help children build healthy habits, independence, and confidence around food. 💚👏

🐉✨ Lunar New Year Celebrations at Time Together FDC✨🐉

This week, our children have been joyfully celebrating Lunar New Year through hands-on learning and play!

The children explored different learning stations and enjoyed:
🍜 Making their own noodles
🥟 Creating dumplings with playdough
🏠 Home corner role play
🥢 Learning how to use chopsticks
🎨 And so much more!

Through these fun experiences, the children enhanced their learning, creativity, and cultural understanding while developing fine motor and social skills.

We love seeing their curiosity, teamwork, and excitement as they learn through play! 💛

🥞 Pancake Tuesday Fun at Time Together Family Day Care !🥞

Yesterday, our children had a wonderful time celebrating Pancake Tuesday by making their own pancakes!

They took part in every step from mixing, sifting, pouring, spreading, cutting, and of course… enjoying eating their delicious creations! 😄

It was a fun, hands-on learning experience that supported fine motor skills, independence, and teamwork. Well done, little chefs! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳💛
