"The market has spoken. Are sellers listening?
The market has changed.

But enough that homeowners can no longer rely on the same strategy that worked a few years ago.
I'm seeing more homes sitting longer.
More price reductions.
More sellers wondering why buyers aren't responding the way they expected.
The reality?
Buyers today are more cautious, more selective and more value-conscious.
They're comparing harder.
