Last week, Little Land celebrated Maths Week! 🔢✨

Through a fun variety of engaging activities and experiences, the children had the opportunity to extend their learning and develop their number and numeracy skills, while encouraging their natural curiosity, creativity and imagination. The children had lots of fun exploring mathematical concepts through hands-on play and learning! 🧮💡

Celebrating NAIDOC Week 🖤💛❤️

This week our preschool children explored and celebrated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures through meaningful, hands-on experiences. From dot painting, storytelling and sensory play to exploring Indigenous symbols, music, animal tracks and the colours of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags, each activity encouraged curiosity, creativity and respect.

Through play, conversation and discovery, we continue to nurture an appreciation for the world's oldest continuing cultures and the importance of caring for Country, community and one another.

Pyjama Week 💤

Comfy pyjamas, cosy movie time, creative learning, and lots of smiles💛

Our children enjoyed a fun-filled Pyjama Week with colouring, name activities, shared snacks, and special moments with friends. What a wonderful way to celebrate learning in comfort!

National Reconciliation Week ❤️💛🖤

Our children explored Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures through meaningful play, storytelling, art, sensory experiences, and conversations. Together, we learned about respect, connection to Country, and the importance of building stronger relationships and understanding.

By engaging with First Nations perspectives, we are helping to create a future built on respect, inclusion, and reconciliation. 🌿

🚒🔥 Fire brigade Visit

A day full of excitement and learning!Our children had an unforgettable visit from Fire + Rescue NSW, where they explored the fire truck, learned important fire safety tips, and even got the chance to use the fire hose themselves! A huge thank you to the firefighters for making the experience so engaging, educational, and fun for our children ❤️🧯

🦷✨ Smiles all around during our special dental visit today!

Our children had so much fun discovering the importance of healthy teeth through interactive discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences with the wonderful team from Smyla Dental Care. From learning proper brushing techniques to building confidence during dental check-ups, it was a fun and educational day for everyone! 😁🪥

Our children explored the caring world of nurses through hands-on activities, imaginative play, X-ray investigations, sensory experiences, and creative crafts!

Today was filled with smiles, sweet treats, special activities and precious moments shared together. From creating heartfelt gifts to enjoying quality time with family, our little ones loved celebrating the amazing people who care for them every day.
