Spending Christmas with my little family, feeling happy and blessed.
Last MP program I finished lifting 70 kilograms on week 12. This time around itβs week 8 and I managed to lift 70 kg! I look forward to seeing where I get to by week 12! This shows that overtime my body is getting stronger :)

Keeping my meal frequency high when Iβm on holidays. This is super important so I can keep up with all the activities and walks :) no excuses! I carried all my essentials to maintain a healthy balance nutrition :), later on we are having a yummy local treat too :) because metabolic precision is sustainable and we can plan our treats and enjoy them :)

Being away for 5 days so we planned to maintain our nutrition quality as high as possible π of course we will enjoy few treats. So I have planned meals for everyone, cooked them and chopped what I need. This way we can make sure that I stick to my program π and my family benefit from this too π
Wedding bells π happening so soon ... getting strong and fit for the big day :) dress must look nice ... it is all about the dress π€£ :)
