Thanks you for a couple of awesome parties!
It was a lovely to way to celebrate you and how far you have come in motherhood and your fitness. It has been an absolute pleasure to train such an awesome bunch of women (and some dads!).
You are all an inspiration on how you juggle family life and prioritizing yourself too. A happy mum is a happy family!

Thanks so so much for everyone that has donated to the Tsitsi Foundation. We only have 4 of these beautiful handmade bowls left.
I’ll have them with me today, Friday and Saturday if you’d like to grab one. 100% of all the proceeds will go towards building the well in rural Zimbabwe.
I set off on Saturday 22nd from Avoca Beach at 6.30am. It’s all getting very real now!! I’m cycling to Byron in 6 days to raise money to build a well in rural Zimbabwe. Women walk 6 hours a day to collect water, in the fare of being attacked by men and wild animals. This well will be life changing. They can work instead of collecting water and send their children to school.
I’m now tapering and feeling energized so hopefully the plan will work 💪🚴♂️ I have no doubt I will make it, especially knowing I have such support from you 🙏

Best of luck to this absolute legend!!! has been training throughout her whole pregnancy. She has kept moving and grooving, making the best out of it as she could.
I couldn’t be more proud of her and so happy that she has had a great pregnancy. 🤰 One thing is for sure Kel, you are both mentally and physically strong.
