There is however, a brilliant knitting group 'Knit Manly' that meets fortnightly in and around the Manly area.

I had to laugh when Miss 4 asked "Mum, can you knit me warm leggers for my ballet concert?" So here they are (the leg warmers that is). What next Miss 4, fingerless gloves?
It's School Holiday workshop time again. We are holding learn to knit workshops for 8-12 year olds on Thursday 7th & 14th July 11am - 3pm. All workshops are held in Freshwater Village. Email me for more info [email protected]

I celebrated wwkipday in Fiji. Packed extra yarn and needles to give away. This local Fijian lady was very excited to learn how to knit, she's planning on teaching all of her friends (I wonder if it will be the first Fijian knitting group?). Did anyone go to Martin Place on Saturday for Sydney's wwkipday? Lucy
