A leaked memo revealed that Facebook is looking into developing an Instagram version for children under 13. Attorneys general from 44 states urged Facebook to abandon its plan to create Instagram for kids under 13. They highlighted the fact that social media use is associated with self-esteem, bullying, and depression among teenagers.
