Well done!

Aahana N has become a National Taekwondo champion for the second year in a row. Aahana competed in the Australian Taekwondo Nationals in the 12-14 Female Blue Belt 33-37kg Division. She won gold in her category. This is a massive achievement for someone her age, last year Aahana was the first student from Power With Purpose Taekwondo to win at a National Competition! And through her dedicated practise, she has achieved that title a second year in a row. Well Done Aahana, we are all very proud of you!

Power With Purpose is a traditional Taekwondo club that focuses on Family Friendly lessons and self defence training. They run classes at Toongabbie Public School on Wednesday between 5:20pm to 7.30pm.

Promotion Test Examiner Course.
Well, it's done! A gruelling week of Poomse practice along with a huge amount of theory and shared with a great group of friends.

All that's left is to sit and wait for the results, which is estimated to be about 6 weeks.

Both Masters feel confident with their Poomse. However, the theory was tough with many difficult questions. We will just have to wait and see.

This is it! A full week of lectures, streaching, training, sparing and Poomse practice.

It all comes down to today with a final theory test along with practical.

Pass or fail, it has been a great experience.
