Lukas is a 39-year-old experienced corporate trainer & coach, certified stress and wellness management consultant. He has more than 10 years of successful experience in top management positions within wellness industry as well as corporate training and consulting. In 2014, he has successfully finished his studies in Canadian Institute of Stress, launched the first stress management conference in Baltics in 2016 and to strengthen his knowledge and skills within anatomy of physical activities he started the studies in Australian College of Sport and Fitness in January 2017. Lukas focuses on helping clients to increase their productivity, efficiency, energy, vitality and health by managing their stress levels. As a result, his clients achieve more with less effort and enjoy greater satisfaction.
