At Seedling Kids we believe regular outings provide opportunities for children to connect with nature, build resilience, develop a sense of belonging within their community, and foster a lifelong love of learning. Every walk, park visit, and outdoor adventure becomes a chance to explore, wonder, and grow together.
♥️💛🖤Sea of Hearts Movement.
As Reconciliation Week came to a close, the whole of Seedling Kids enjoyed a special walk to Martin Reserve in Croydon Park to plant their beautiful Sea of Hearts.
Throughout the week, children, families, and educators decorated hearts with thoughtful messages, artwork, and symbols representing connection, respect, belonging, and understanding. Each heart contributed to a growing display that reflected the meaning of reconciliation and our commitment to building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
What an exciting day at Seedling Kids! 👮♂️👮♀️✨
We were so lucky to welcome our local Campsie Police officers for a special visit today. The children had an amazing time learning about how police help keep our community safe, and asking lots of curious questions! We loved engaging with the officers in our Seedling environment! 🚓💙
A huge thank you to the Campsie Police team for spending time with our Seedling Kids and creating such a fun and memorable experience.

Nothing says love like a big pot of homemade bolognese 🍅🌿
Fresh basil picked straight from the garden this morning, fresh beef mince from the butcher, garlic sizzling in olive oil, hidden veggies and sauce bubbling away slowly —made by Miss Lina aka Nonna❤️
Delicious Nonna cooked meals provided daily at Seedlings!
Mangia mangia everyone 🇮🇹❤️

Teaching children about safety is most meaningful when they can experience it in real life. 💛
Being out in our community, children talked about holding hands, staying aware of cars, waiting patiently, and crossing safely at the lights. 🚦👫
What a beautiful morning celebrating all the amazing mums and special caregivers at our Seedling Kids Mother’s Day Morning Tea 💐💖
Our children were so excited to sing special songs, and enjoy fun activities together. From painting and crafts to sweet treats and cuddles, the room was filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories!
Thank you to all the families who joined us and made the morning so special.
We loved celebrating with you all! 🌸
Today’s adventure took learning beyond the classroom walls 🌿✨🦙
Moments like these remind us that some of the best lessons happen when little hands and big imaginations connect with the world around them! Regular excursions are part of our Program at Seedling Kids!

There’s something special about coming together as a team to learn, grow, and support one another 💛
All of our Seedling educators are First Aid trained, and each year we refresh our skills together—because the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care matters deeply to us. From CPR practice to emergency response updates, we stay prepared and confident as a team.
And of course, no training day is complete without a little joy along the way: sharing breakfast, sipping coffee, and strengthening the connections that make our team so strong ☕🥐
Learning together, supporting each other, and always putting children first, that’s the Seedling way 🌱

A little magic to end the day 🌈✨
This evening, as the sun dipped low, a beautiful rainbow stretched across the sky right over our Seedling Kids 🌱💛
It was one of those simple, perfect reminders of wonder, joy, and the beauty that surrounds us every day — especially when seen through little eyes.
