Good hygiene is an important part of martial arts. It helps keep our training environment clean, safe, and respectful for everyone.

A few simple reminders:
✅ Wash your Gi after every session
✅ Wear shoes when going to the toilet
✅ Keep fingernails and toenails trimmed
✅ Wear clean training gear
✅ Keep yourself and your equipment clean
✅ If you’re sick, please stay home and recover before returning to training.
