Introduction to Yoga Term 2 commences next Thursday 1/5/2025.

Join Alasana's Introduction to Yoga 6 Week Course.
Thursdays 7.15pm.

This course is a gentle introduction on the basic principles and practices of yoga.
Classes will focus on the different aspects of yoga, such as breathing techniques, physical postures (asanas), and meditation techniques.
There will be light discussion and exploration of the philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga too.
6 x one hour classes. Thursday evenings from 7.15 pm.
Cost $200.00 for the 6 weeks.

* Gymea Bay Swimming Club re scheduled gathering this Saturday at 9am - 10:30am (approx). BBQ and swimming. Time to get "Back In The Baths".
* Please send me private message or leave comment if you are interested in attending or being involved in ANY capacity in the future. Questions on fees, events etc will be answered on Saturday by Peter Jessep.
* For future use, the club is also seeking a working BBQ and any outdoor furniture such as new chairs etc. Any donations kindly welcomed.
