So… here’s my story and i am going to make it a short one!

I will NOT allow this age bracket to determine ANYTHING.

Every problem has a solution
Every success requires action
And…
ABSOLUTELY everything is achievable

Yes, it requires work
Yes, it requires dedication
Yes, it requires patience

But through both unlearning, relearning and applying ….
We can lift the lid on the belief system of just thinking that once we hit a certain age - “It’s just normal “

Here’s my opinion of “Normal”

For every single woman on earth
please STRENGTH TRAIN , respect your body with smarter choices for NUTRITION and let go of the belief that anything either side of 50 is out of your control .

LOVE THE PATH…

As I stood in this studio holding this tyre I reflected on the countless tyres I had held in the almost 30 years I had been in the tyre game.
It was actually overwhelming as the thought of every shop , every car , 4wd and truck I had worked on was such a ridiculously high number , the thought ( although exhausting) put me right back to the core ….. work ethic.
I always knew I was more but I worked my ass off whilst searching.
My belief was “it’s all I know” so I settled .
I fought myself
Some days I won
Most days I lost
I just knew I could be more !

This is the most favourite tyre I’ve ever held….
It was the tyre that made me realise just one thing

“To be able to even hold this one , in this space, in this condition- I WAS THE “MORE” I WAS FOREVER SEARCHING FOR 🥹

That makes me love every single tyre I’ve ever had in my hand

So…love the path while you become your greatest self

The bonus inside of this is I get to say I fitted tyres for almost 30 years 😎😅

I AM … now and for as long as humanly possible a Physique athlete
BUT when you’re given the privilege to Clean & Jerk wheels and tyres from my all time favourite car a “Mini” in this phenomenal studio it really lights you up and sets your heart on fire 😍❤️

My goal was to capture a story of my life and it ended in tears of pure joy 🥹

I will always be so proud of everything I’ve learnt , coached and achieved through CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting .

I had a long term “dream”of meeting the man himself
Year after year it remained just a dream ….

Then … it became a GOAL!

For the past 32 weeks I have literally done absolutely everything in my power to achieve this exact image .

Was it easy?… ABSOLUTELY NOT
Am I human ? ABSOLUTELY YES

But I look at this and smile as I’m very proud of myself as I only know my life and what I’ve conquered.

My next age is the big 50 ….
And I’m definitely going to meet the worlds best photographer again 😉💪🏻
