Administrative Appeals Tribunal this morning remitted our case of 2 dependent relatives (brothers 23 & 21) of a partner visa sponsor for reconsideration by the Department. The case was scheduled for a hearing today at 10am but it was cancelled because the decision only needed to be finalised based on the submission and evidence provided prior to the hearing. Hooraay
