NSW Legal Academy will be your springboard from being a school student to becoming a law student.

Our goal is simple: To create a real world learning environment for tomorrow’s lawyers.

This Academy seeks to equip students with the unique tutoring method of providing students with basic problem solving skills for the future applications within the legal studies context. We seek to differ from any other tutor service for all our students which no doubt ready them for future problem solving approaches.

INTERNSHIP

NSWLA will provide a selected student the unique opportunity of working for five days with one of the Academy Directors within their practice. Essentially this opportunity is work experience but the program will provide an understanding of what makes a legal professional and in doing so, break down the veil of mystery that cloaks the profession and make it accessible to all students who take part within the program. It will provide a spectacular insight criminal law and what it takes to stay at the cutting edge of this field.

The NSW Legal Academy is a unique learning facility dedicated to providing candidates with a rare opportunity of understanding abstract legal theory within the context of legal practice. Situated in the heart of Sydney’s Court precinct, the NSWLSA teaching faculty is a conglomeration of some of Sydney’s finest legal practitioners.

The Academy offers NSW school students the opportunity to participate in the School Student Program: a combination of two intensive courses. The first module (Legal Practice), is a five day intensive practical application of legal practice. The second module (Legal Theory) is a three day intensive tutorial styled program covering the entire HSC Legal Studies syllabus.
