Another white card trialing completed yesterday 🎉Over the past month, CIBT Australia has successfully delivered White Card training to over 80 students, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills required to work safely in the construction industry.

The White Card is a mandatory certification for anyone looking to work on a construction site in Australia.

Through this training, students gain a solid understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS), hazard identification, risk management, and safe work practices — all crucial before stepping onto a job site.

We are proud to support our students in becoming job-ready and confident as they take their first steps into the construction industry. It’s great to see so many students proactively preparing for real-world opportunities and building a strong foundation for their future careers.

Yesterday, CIBT Australia successfully delivered an onsite White Card training session for a group of 20 participants 👷‍♂️

Students from diverse backgrounds joined the session, where our trainer Simon covered key topics including WHS legislative requirements, construction hazards, communication and reporting processes, and incident response procedures. Participants also had hands-on experience assessing and fitting PPE gear, helping them feel more confident and prepared for real construction site work.
