No fee payment is required by eligible students enrolling to study this course in 2018 Mid year intake . Classes start 23 July 2018

Did you miss out on your HSC? Perhaps you want to do the HSC again to achieve a higher entrance score for entry into University? The Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation is a Year 12 equivalent qualification emphasising skill-based learning as well as discipline-specific content.

The Cert IV in Tertiary Preparation is available to study full time, part time or through flexible learning options. On completion you are awarded the Tertiary Preparation Certificate (TPC). The qualification is recognised by the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC), NSW universities and some

Additionally, for Western Sydney University applicants, TPC graduates gaining a TES (Tertiary Entrance Score) of 168 out of 300 or higher, and for Charles Sturt University applicants (a TES of 157 out of 300 or higher), have guaranteed entry into many bachelor degree programs.

University Entry Course - be university ready with this bridging course .This course is also recognised for entry into the Police or Defence force .On completion of this Cert IV students are guaranteed entry into universities across NSW .Students that have completed this course at Liverpool TAFE have been accepted into Law, Nursing , Teaching ,Engineering , Journalism , Policing , Gaming creation and many more Bachelor undergraduate Degrees .

ATAR results have been released and perhaps you didn't receive the result you needed to achieve your goal , don't despair because there are many pathways to University. TAFE offers the Tertiary Preparation Certificate which is the HSC equivalent . It is a fraction of the cost of university diplomas. This course is recognized by the Police and Defence Force. Also , If you have completed the HSC you can get credit transfer for some subjects .

Do you want to be prepared for university? The Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation is a Year 12 equivalent qualification with an emphasis on skill-based learning. This course is intended to provide learners with the following educational and vocational outcomes:

- a year 12 equivalent qualification
- a Tertiary Entrance Score (TES) for those wishing/seeking entry to university
- articulation into higher level VET qualifications
- entry to careers in the Australian Defence Force or Police force with a year 12 qualification
- entry to careers requiring a year 12 equivalent qualification.
