Important changes from 1st July 2024 👇🔈

1. Visitor Visa Restrictions:
From 1 July, Visitor Visa holders will no longer be able to apply for Student Visas while onshore.

2. Temporary Graduate Visa Restrictions:
Temporary Graduate Visa holders will also be restricted from applying for Student Visas onshore.

3. Supporting Changes:
- Post-Study Work Rights Reduction: Temporary Graduate Visa holders will face shorter post-study work rights.

- Age Limit Reduction: The maximum age limit for these visa holders will be reduced from 50 to 35 years.

These are the major changes in English requirements effective from 23rd March 2024 for Student visa SC500 and Temporary Graduate Visa applications.

👉🏻English Language requirement will be increased from IELTS 5.5 to 6.0 or equivalent

👉🏻Temporary Graduate Visa (485) Changes
English Language Requirement will be increased from IELTS 6.0 to 6.5 or equivalent, with minimum 5.5 in each band

👉🏻Test validity will decrease from 3 years to 1 year
