Through research, education and advocacy, The HOME Network (www.homenetwork.net.au) aims to enable healthcare professionals with knowledge and resources to empower more people with chronic kidney disease to embrace the freedom of home dialysis.

This year, The Med Collective is proud to be supporting some of the HOME Network’s key medical education projects, including a training programme designed to help prepare nurses to become better home dialysis trainers, and healthcare professional education to increase awareness and understanding about home dialysis options and support for Australians with chronic kidney disease.

Meet some of our Network members!

Project director: I am passionate about people and pharmaceutical sciences. I believe medical education is the conduit that brings these elements together. I continually seek to further my goals of optimising healthcare delivery, treatment outcomes and the patient journey through quality education.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked nationally and internationally in collaboration with pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals and patients. I am proud of the plethora of projects we have delivered across a wide range of therapy areas. Looking to the future, I am excited about the medical and pharmaceutical advances to come and how these can be shared in innovative ways.

The Med Collective is unique. We are a collective medical education agency bringing together the right mix of specialists to meet your medical education needs and deliver projects at costs below that offered by larger traditional medical communications agencies.

However, we take this one step further.

We place social responsibility and driving better patient outcomes high on our agenda. We are passionate about putting patients at the centre of all medical education projects we work on.
