Only a matter of WEEKS now before I FINALLY release a tailored online solution for how to break FREE from procrastination. 🔥💪
I ran a survey recently among 90 people who confessed to having issues with procrastination.
It revealed that over 25% of them were struggling and fighting with this habit EVERY single day! The majority fought it most days of the week.
Most of them agreed that the biggest PROBLEMS their procrastination was causing them was the disheartening impact it had on their goals and dreams. 😥
Not making any progress on the things that REALLY matter to them.
Constantly feeling frustrated and stuck. Feeling anxious and worried.
Not doing the little daily things that will inevitably change their lives for the better over time.
Another common result was physical pain and putting on weight.
But here's the thing...
A whopping 81% of the people who took the survey hadn't actually tried to get any HELP to overcome their procrastination habit. 👀
And yet, only 8% of them believed that procrastination is impossible to change... 🙄
The truth is that procrastination is just a habit. Nothing more. And just like any other habit, it can be replaced.
This one will be a doozy. Bring it on, procrastination pros! ♥️💥

Think about the last time you felt really proud of something you'd done. How did you KNOW that you'd done a great job?
Did someone tell you? Was it the applause? A pat on the back?
Or was it a confident feeling somewhere inside your body that meant you 'just knew'?
People tend to be either externally or internally referenced.
Someone with an EXTERNAL reference uses input from others to determine the quality of what they've done. Praise from the boss, a spike on a sales graph, a signature on a piece of paper.
They often rely on others in their decision making and to attach value in what's 'right or wrong'.
However, a person with INTERNAL reference tends to do an internal check with themselves instead. They 'just know' - regardless of feedback (or even silence) from others.
For today, ask yourself whose standards you use. Are the standards set by you or do you rely on someone else's? Does that other person have enough expertise to be able to decide what is truly 'good'?
Then ask yourself this: Would it be useful to rely less on input from others for reassurance and motivation?
Becoming aware of where you are right now is the first crucial step in order to create that change. So congratulations! You are now closer to changing than you were just 3 minutes ago!

As newborns we all had very few fears in our lives. Some say no more than two - fear of loud noises and fear of falling.
But as we grow older, we tend to pick up quite a few more along the way. Do you have one that you're tired of carrying around? How would life change if it wasn't there tomorrow?
Getting rid of and has never been easier.
It's quick. It's safe. And it's about time. Ask us how.

Thinking is difficult, that’s why most people judge.
We all do it – every day. On our way to work, sitting in traffic, in the office, at the gym, in the grocery aisle…
We watch people around us behave in a ‘stupid’ way and we judge them for it.
It’s so easy to write them off as idiots, selfish or ignorant.
But judging others without bothering to question what’s behind their behaviour doesn’t help you grow. It doesn’t broaden your perspectives. If anything, it just keeps you trapped in your old beliefs.
So for today, I invite you to play a game.
The rules are simple. You can name it whatever you want. How about a game of “The Idiot’s Advocate”? 🤓
The next time you see someone do something that seems ‘stupid’ – STOP! Now take 10 seconds and challenge yourself to come up with 3 possible reasons that might explain why that person just did what, on the surface, appears to be ‘stupid’.
This forces your brain to be creative. It makes you practice your awareness skills. I might even help you see something in a completely new light.💡
In NLP, we use several basic beliefs or assumptions about the world. They’re often called “presuppositions”. One of them is that “All behaviour has positive intent”. ❤️ This DOESN'T mean that all behaviour is appropriate or suitable.
Many people go for a smoke because it gives them a chance to take a break during a busy day. Arguably there are many other, healthier ways to enjoy a break. But the positive intent – to take a break and relax - is there.
Understanding why someone does something doesn’t mean that you AGREE with what they do. But it can help us discover much better ways of getting the same, positive result.
I’m not trying to make you change your mind about other people’s behaviour. This is not about agreeing with stupidity or lowering your standards.
I’m simply inviting you to make a conscious decision about what filters you use when you observe the world around you.😎 .
Give it a try today! Have fun and let me know how you go in the comments below. 🙏👍
