The children have been creating personal portraits of themselves show casing their body belongs to them during our Be Safe program. This program is a prescriptive program Fit Kidz has implemented to teach the children different messages about being safe. For example it explores body boundaries, adults we can trust and safe and unsafe places.

During our Munch and Move experiences, for movement, the children participated in both indoor and outdoor ball activities. The children practised kicking balls, which helped to develop their gross motor skills, coordination, and balance. It was great to see the children actively engaged and building confidence through movement and play.
