The draw for match times at Super Saturday will be conducted on Wednesday 10 April at 6.30pm at Sharks Sharks at Kareela.

Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist (Reception/Admin Assistant)

Job Type: Part-time (20-25 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Location: AFS Group Head Office - Sutherland Shire

With over 35 years of dedicated service, we've set the national standard for Safety Leadership, earning the trust of communities, workplaces, and public spaces alike. At AFS, we're committed to upholding the highest levels of integrity, working closely with our clients to safeguard their reputation across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

Reception Duties: Be the first point of contact, triaging and prioritising incoming calls with an energetic and customer focussed attitude. Ensuring all enquiries are assigned appropriately and completed efficiently.

Administrative Support: Provide seamless assistance to our senior managers across 3 divisions, maintaining professionalism and efficiency at all times.

Project Support: Contribute to our innovative projects by assisting in course creation and processing within our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting the priorities set by our GM and the current operational priorities.

Database Management: Ensure our data remains organised and accessible, managing database activities and projects efficiently.

Diary and Travel Management: Assist in organising the CEO's schedule and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations at the top level.

Additional Skills:
Experience with CRM and training LMS platforms will be advantageous.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support roles.
Proficiency in cloud based office software, G-suite and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
