I have heard so many people say lately "I am busy".
Activity is not necessarily about accomplishment. So maybe look at your time, effectiveness and value that you are providing rather than just being frantic.

What tasks should you focus on. Do they bring reward, are you required to do them(or somebody else that's better at it then you)) and do the things that bring return?

I had the pleasure of going underground recently at Ulan West operations. Amazing people working in what some may say are difficult conditions. The workforce love it and are the true essence of team work.
