A four-week prenatal program designed to prepare your body and mind for birth 🤍 Embodied4™ Prenatal by The Collective W combines prenatal movement, birth preparation and nervous system support in a small-group setting, giving you the chance to practise the tools you may want to draw on during labour and birth.

Led by Bianca Ducharme, Women’s Health Pilates Specialist and Birth Doula, the program runs twice a week for four weeks, with each session building on the last so breath, movement and nervous system techniques become familiar through repetition.
Across the four weeks you’ll explore:

✨ Everyday movement to ease pregnancy aches and keep you strong
✨ Birth mindset, breathing and labour positions
