友人の 、全日本柔道選手権4回優勝、本当にありがとうございます。今日こんなに素晴らしい柔道を見学できて感謝しています。皆さんのレベルもとても高く、忘れられない経験になりました。また来るのが楽しみです。

Thank you to my friend , 4-time All Japan Judo Champion, for letting me witness such amazing Judo today. The level was so high, and it was an unforgettable experience. I cannot wait to come back again!

After training at , I enjoyed the 6km run back to where I am staying. Nobeoka is one of my favourite place to run. I can feel a martial art spirit in this town. Getting ready for some Judo learning tomorrow.
