It was a great opportunity for UCA President Rose Alwyn and I to attend the NAAUC Conference at Mannix College, Monash University, recently. The Conference and its leadership (Lachlan Power, President) were impressive. We also had the opportunity to meet with some Melbourne University colleagues, and with Monash Vice-Chancellor, Professor Margaret Gardner, who is also Chair of Universities Australia. We look to collaborate with UA in follow-up to the survey report to be released on August 1.
