Really interesting to see how government school teachers are playing with the service delivery model to drive efficiency in the utilisation of the tablets. School on the left has set up a separate room for half of the students to do “tablet time” whilst school on the right is swapping half way through a class.

We build education technology to drive better student learning outcomes for children in restricted environments around the world.
The 40K Group consists of:
40K Foundation - Runs an after-school education program for children in rural India - currently supported by 40K Globe and 40K Consulting. Families in rural India who send their children to PLUS pay $4/month, however, we aspire to get the setup costs, which are sponsored by the Foundation to be covered by social business income streams.

Really enjoyed the welcoming a team from Atlassian to check how 40K Plus is tracking along at one of our government school partners in Cambodia.
Our India CEO, Swetha Prakash, on stage in New York City with at the Concordia Summit discussing what 40K PLUS has learnt over the year since being announced as one of the winners of last year's Solve, by MIT.
1 year ago, 40K Plus was announced as one of the winners of MIT Solve. Since then, with the incredible help of Solve Atlassian and DFAT we have launched in a second country, redesigned our operating model to drive better scale, and learnt a hell of a lot! Best wishes to all of the 2018 winners!

From now until midnight Friday 7th September we will be offering 35% off the 40K product range with any order over $45 eligible for free shipping worldwide.

At its peak 40K Products employed a total of eight women and generated in excess of 4500 hours of employment over more than four years.
As 40K continues to sharpen it's focus on our education work in India and Cambodia, we do not have the bandwidth to keep this side of our organisation going. Thus, on September 7th, 40K Products will be closing its e-commerce doors but not without a sale.
