This group was formed by parents of teens for parent/carers of young people who are choosing risky behviour and/or have mental health concerns. This is a safe, non judgemental place to share, listen, laugh, cry, relax. Parents are first responders. We all have experiences, resources, challenges that we can use to support each other. It is often very isolating when your young person is facing challenges. It's hard to talk about these things with friends or on the sideline at sport for fear of being judged or for fear of tarnishing your young person's reputation. The thing is, we need to talk. We need to put on our own oxygen mask so we can help your young person. Connecting with others is a way to do this. Come along! Mosman High students and parents are invited to the official opening of the Mosman High School 2019 HSC Art Exhibition. The exhibition opens at 6pm tonight. Official opening at 7pm by local artist Ann Cape. The general public can view the exhibition on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th -3pm.
