For a long time, I didnât realise how much I was holding back
I hid from social events, photos.
From clothes I actually wanted to wear.â¨I didnât know what confidence actually felt like. â¨â¨Once again, it wasnât just lack of confidence in the way I looked..
I wasnât confident around food, in the gym or how to have a body that reflected my efforts
