For 10 weeks away you need a drink bottle, not just to reduce plastic waste but to stay hydrated 💧

Couple of issues I always have. Glass is great but too heavy and plastic bottles are light but, well, plastic! 🍼

Then I got my hands on this bottle from and it has solved all my problems! It’s made of sugarcane, so no plastic and it’s incredibly light but doesn’t feel like it will shatter either💪🏾

Best of all it fits in my travel pant back pocket and backpack 🎒

My only piece of feedback is I would love to see a loop or hook built into the neck of the bottle to attach a carabiner so it can hang from a bag 💼

750mls is a great amount as well. Could probably push to 850ml but it currently fits in the hand/pocket very well.

Cannot recommend more for travel!!

The spooky season is incredibly wasteful! Outfits going to landfill, plastic and wasted pumpkins 🎃

But it doesn’t have to be! .mcauliffe and I last night made sure we created outfits from clothes we already own 👚

Hence we have Sandy from Grease and a Zombie farmer boy 🧟‍♂️ 😂

Sometimes I’m a chronic perfectionist 💎

This can make ‘rocking up’ particular difficult for me because if I don’t certify something as perfect or don’t have time to make it perfect, I just don’t do it 🤦🏾‍♂️

It is both my biggest strength and my greatest weakness and it’s become incredibly clear how problematic this is in regards to social media 📸

But sustainability isn’t about being perfect, it’s about rocking up 🗿

This is my commitment to myself and to you guys to rock up even if it’s not perfect because to help the planet, we don’t a few of us being perfect.

We need millions of people doing it imperfectly ✅

Secondhand shopping doesn’t have to end with day to day fashion 🧥

My entire bball kit, including my Apple Watch is from either Facebook marketplace or ⛹🏾‍♂️

Australians buy almost 15kg of clothes a year and almost all of it ends up in landfill 🗑

Getting my kit secondhand not only saved me over $200 🤑but is one less set of sports equipment that needs to be produced 🪡
