Fantastic open day event held at Licences 4 Work Blacktown today.

Jarryd took his two pride and joys down. His car and his Queensland Maroon Jersey. People liked the car but not as welcoming for the attire. Was great chatting with Blacktown City Councillor Talia Amituanai. Her support for the local community is wonderful and she was happy to get a photo with Jarryd dispite him wearing the wrong colours !

🌏 Jarbys Training is committed to continuous professional development wherever learning takes us.

At Jarbys Training, we believe that great trainers never stop learning. As part of our commitment to maintaining industry currency and delivering high-quality training, we will be actively pursuing professional development opportunities both throughout Australia and internationally.
By observing different workplace practices, logistics systems, materials handling equipment, transport infrastructure and safety culture across a variety of industries, we can continue to bring fresh knowledge and real-world examples back into our classrooms.

Recently while travelling through South Korea, Jarryd had the opportunity to observe a range of modern materials handling equipment, forklift fleets, elevated work platforms and urban logistics operations operating in densely populated environments. It was a valuable opportunity to compare international practices with Australian workplace standards and gather ideas that can further enhance our forklift and supply chain training programs.
Continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do, and we look forward to sharing these experiences with our students and clients as we continue to grow and evolve as training professionals.
Because learning doesn't stop when the course finishes, it continues every day through observation, experience and industry engagement.

While delivering some on-site LF Forklift Training and Assessments for the National Parks and Wildlife Service on behalf of Just Careers Training, Jarryd and Keith both faced a few extra real world hazards! 🚁
Teaching safe operation is always about managing site risks but it’s not every day you’ve got helicopters dropping in on a nearby helipad while you’re running practical assessments. Just another reminder that no two worksites are the same, and staying alert, adaptable, and safety-focused is what it’s all about.
