Pharmacist immigration to Australia from countries other than UK, US, Canada and Ireland falls under STREAM A and takes place is two phases.

Phase 1: GETTING PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION

Phase 2: GETTING FINAL REGISTRATION (Becoming a registered pharmacist)

PHASE 1 STEPS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Step1: Minimum eligibility criteria for getting registered in Australia is 4 years Bachelor's degree in and above.

Step 2: Visit the Australian pharmacy council website site(link given below) and creat an account.

Step 3: Upload all the academic transcripts and pass out certificate + registered pharmacists certificate of your own country( Compulsory).

Step 4: Pay the fee for initial Assessment which is approx $1200 AUD.

Step 5: Receive the initial Assessment letter which makes you eligible to sit for KAPS EXAM.

Step 6: Register and sit for KAPS exam which is conducted in all the countries 3 times in a year and pass it.

Step 7: Sit for IELTS , PTE OR OTE and get desired band in English exam.

Step 8: Get the KAPS pass out result and apply for Provisional registration to PBA(PHARMACY BOARD OF AUSTRALIA).

Step 9: Apply For Visa to complete Supervised training program within Australia To enter into Phase 2 of migration.
