What a week for H 😁💪🏼🧠 selected today in the State Catholic schools AFL team (106 kids 22 spots) to compete in Tamworth at the PSSA all schools in May, having also finished 8th in the state at 80m hurdles running two PB’s and breaking 13 seconds for the first time, along with finishing 8th in the region for 50m freestyle and 7th for 50m backstroke, swimming two PB’s, whilst being the anchor for the swim relay teaming winning Gold 🥇 by 8 seconds! and heading to State 🤩 creating a limitless mindset for children is a challenging process when they spend so much time in the school system learning to be average, being taught to fall into line, behave, repeat and regurgitate irrelevant information! My goal is to teach our kids to be critical thinkers, with inspirational thoughts and actions, who change the game through their actions within, around and beyond 🤩

NSW State silver 🥈 - Empowering our daughter to be comfortable in her skin, confident in her body, strong in her mind and relentless in her will - has been so far in my life, the most satisfying opportunity, I have experienced as a parent and Father ! So proud of Ruby, who won Silver at State Nippers in the beach sprints, (123 girls started) who the night before State was wanting to do her Extra’s!! In order to make sure she knew she was fully prepped ! Ruby had been projecting winning gold for a year now (under my encouragement to) and this kept her focussed on doing the extras twice daily morning and night, that feed her confidence in knowing that was possible thank you Kylie from for all your guidance and encouragement in training 😁 Thank you Richmond from for all the guidance with extras 👊🏼

What an incredible 4 days and 3 nights away with an amazing group of Dad’s and a special group of recent teenagers 👍🏻 riding the TVT and hiking to the top of Mount Kosciuszko 👍🏻creating bonds with your kids is about taking the time and making the effort to share moments, celebrating those moments and using those moments to further develop your love, care and connection to your son , without judgement whilst maintaining accountability 🙏 being around Dad’s who have similar objectives as Fathers to me is very empowering 🙏
