So often, we use our imagination against ourselves, spinning stories of what could go wrong, how we’ll fail, or why we’re not enough. But what if you used that same imagination to tell a different story?
What if you imagined things going right? What if you pictured yourself rising, succeeding, being supported, loved, and more than capable?
Your thoughts shape your reality. Start telling yourself stories that build you up instead of break you down. Use your imagination to dream bigger, not to shrink in fear.
Are you using your imagination in a positive way? Love this snippet with on .

The scariest thing to the patriarchy is women who are awake, conscious, unapologetically themselves and fully in their power. Who know what their purpose is and live and lead from their heart. Let's keep waking each other up and supporting each other. It's the only way we will ever co-create a post-patriarchal world where women can truly rise.
Mistakes are simply evidence of courage 💗
As children, we move through mistakes with ease - we stumble, learn, and try again without shame. Getting things wrong is simply part of how we grow. But somewhere along the way, that natural resilience fades.
As adults, we begin to equate mistakes with failure, seeing them as proof that we’re not good enough, not capable, not ready. We start avoiding risks, staying small to stay safe. Yet mistakes are still how we learn, evolve, and innovate.
Reclaiming that childlike openness to getting it wrong is how we rediscover creativity, confidence, and the freedom to grow without fear.

Resilience is not just an individual act, but a collective one.
Let this really sink in:
Other people cannot block your way... Only you can do that.
Thank you for sharing this on the 🩷
True sisterhood goes beyond our inner circles and reaches out to all women, no matter where they come from. When we really support each other, we break down cultural, social, and economic barriers. Sisterhood is rich in empathy and compassion, it's a deep connection that empowers women to uplift each other.
She is asking from her heart... and they are the right questions.

We love this reflection on beauty. What if we defined feeling beautiful as engaging in activities that bring us joy? When having fun and adorning ourselves in a way that truly reflects our inner selves. Feeling beautiful should be about liberation, not about conforming to anyone else's standards or minimising ourselves.
As wonderfully put by Victoria Pedretti in this video, it's about expressing and enhancing who we are on the inside.

If men experienced menopause, it would be considered a medical emergency. This is great, thank you
