We had 5 x 1 on 1 3D session followed by a 3.5 hour shortgame clinic covering both distance and fitness wedges.

Great session tonight with dietitian and nutritionalist .freeman18 discussing the importance of fueling the body correctly for the Sydney North Metro Academy.

Great last round in tough conditions and a crazy par save up the last to get a T6 finish!!

All the players went through a combine as well as working on/being introduced to some compound lifting techniques.

A big thanks to for hosting the JNJG Sydney North Metro academy last night.

Players covered a range of exercises they can do in the gym to help them both improve performance and decrease the chance of injury.

We were also able to undertake some wedge testing and speed testing with the players.

Yesterday Braeden and I took 6 golfers through a 3 hour Golf biomechanics, injury prevention and Skills Workshop

Areas that were covered:

1. A proper warmup to ensure the correct muscles were activated prior to playing and help decrease the risk of injury
2. Individualised body biomechanics/movement analysis screen
3. An explanation each players individual body-swing connection and how the results of their screen impact their swing
4. Individualised swing analysis and drills to be coupled with the physical screen
5. Short game fundamenatals and how the full swing
