Move over, Lonely Planet! The Year 3 Travel Expo has officially landed. In Week 10 of Term 3, our classroom transformed into a bustling travel hub for the Parent Assembly. Our newly minted "Chief Geographers" chose an iconic Australian landmark, built magnificent 3D models, and launched full-scale charm offensives to persuade you to book a trip there. Warning: Their pitches were so good, you might find yourself spontaneously packing your bags!

Our Years 5 & 6 students showed off some amazing skipping skills and proven teamwork truly makes the dream work! Together, our school community raised an outstanding $13,993 for the Heart Foundation.

A huge congratulations to all our athletes who competed at the MacKillop Track & Field Carnival yesterday!

Relay Teams: Outstanding track performances from both our Senior and Junior Boys relay teams!

PSSA State Bound: Extra congratulations to Jack, who powered through a recent injury setback to score a 3rd-place finish and a new PB in the 200m—punching his ticket to the PSSA State Championships!

St Therese has had a fantastic Jump Off Week showcasing everyone's amazing skipping skills!

As a school community, we raised an incredible $13,993 online to support the Heart Foundation and promote happy, healthy hearts. We are so proud of our students for staying active and supporting such a great cause alongside their peers.

❤️ Jump Rope for Heart Completed!

A massive THANK YOU to all of our amazing students, families, and community members who jumped in, donated, and raised funds for Jump Rope for Heart! Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve helped build healthy, happy hearts all around. We are so proud of our students' enthusiasm!

To celebrate, we are hosting a 'Jump Off Week!' during sport lessons this week, featuring a variety of fun activities so students can showcase their fantastic new skipping skills! 🪢✨

They learnt new skills, built their confidence in the water and challenged themselves to try new things - all while having plenty of fun along the way! 🏊‍♀️✨

The Action: Table groups buzzing over book clues, quick-fire vocabulary challenges, and students mapping out creative worlds for their narrative drafts.
The Focus: Moving beyond basic reading into analytical thinking, crafting persuasive arguments, and discovering their unique writing voices.
The Visual: Collaborative whiteboards filled with colorful mind maps, and student-designed book review posters.

Term 3 Sport Wrap-Up! 🏆👟 What an incredible term of movement, teamwork, and school spirit! Our students have given it their all across every event, making Term 3 a massive success. A huge thank you to our hardworking students, dedicated staff, and supportive families for making this term’s sports program such a triumph! We can’t wait to keep the momentum going as we head into an action-packed Term 4 including our upcoming St Therese Swimming Carnival! 🏊‍♂️✨

❤️ Jump Rope for Heart: Our students skipped, jumped, and moved to raise vital funds and awareness for heart health, showing amazing dedication and energy!

🏐 CSNSW Netball Championship: Our netballers represented St Therese with pride, showing exceptional sportsmanship, skill, and determination on the court.

🏉 Oztag Gala Days: Outstanding effort and teamwork from all our players, who brought fantastic energy and great game strategy to every match.
