⛪✨ Our Year 4 students enjoyed a wonderful excursion to Mary MacKillop Place in North Sydney!

It was a day full of learning, discovery and reflection as students explored the life, faith and legacy of St Mary MacKillop. Through engaging activities and experiences, they gained a deeper understanding of her inspiring message of service, perseverance and trust in God. 💙🙏

🙏✨ A Special Invitation to Our SFX Community ✨🙏

The Archdiocese of Sydney will host a very special Mass and Reception of the Relic of St Carlo Acutis at St Mary’s Cathedral on Thursday, 25 June 2026 at 5:30pm.

This sacred celebration will be led by Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP and will include an opportunity for catechesis, veneration and personal prayer before the relic of St Carlo Acutis. Following this event, the relic will begin a national tour across Australia.

As a school community that has spent so much time learning about the life and faith of St Carlo Acutis through our Family and Faith afternoons, this is a wonderful opportunity to deepen our connection to this inspiring young saint. 💙

All students, staff and families are warmly encouraged to attend. Due to the significance of this event, a large attendance is expected, so please arrive early to secure seating.

Yesterday we celebrated the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus with a beautiful Mass presided by Father Richard where the children sang hymns Abba Father, Gifts of Bread & Wine and Our Lord Reigns.

🇦🇺🏛️ What an amazing Day 2 our Stage 3 students had in Canberra!

Students explored the heart of Australia’s democracy at Parliament House, learning all about how our government works and even taking part in their own vote for Members of Parliament! 🗳️✨

It has been an incredible trip filled with learning, discovery and unforgettable experiences. A huge thank you to all the staff who accompanied and supported our students over the past two days. 🏕️🇦🇺 Day 1 of our Stage 3 Camp in Canberra!

Our students have had an amazing and action-packed day exploring some of Australia’s most iconic landmarks. From the Australian War Memorial to the hands-on fun of Questacon, there has been plenty of learning, discovery and excitement along the way! 🌟

Today our Year 3 students enjoyed an amazing excursion to the Royal Botanical Garden!

They loved exploring the fascinating artefacts and exhibits, discovering more about history, science and the world around them.

The day concluded with a special visit to St Mary’s Cathedral, where students attended Mass and spent time reflecting in this beautiful place of faith.
