❓ What happens if I miss a class?
→ Your teacher will send you the lesson materials so you can review the content on your own.

❓ I’m not sure which class level is right for me.
→ After you enrol, we will send you a level test and recommend the most suitable class based on your results.

With the new term starting next Monday, here are some of the most common questions we’ve been receiving 👇

❓ Can I join in the middle of a term?
→ Our courses are structured as an 8-week program, so joining partway through is generally not possible. Please make sure to enrol before the deadline to secure your spot.

❓ Do I need to prepare my own textbook?
→ For Beginner 1–3 classes, all materials are provided.
For other levels, students are required to purchase their own textbook (textbooks vary depending on the level).

❓ Are the lessons face-to-face? Can I join online?
→ Classes are primarily held in person at our Sydney CBD campus. However, online participation may be available in some cases if you’re unable to attend in person.
