Every morning, families walk through our doors at 1 Capital Pl and hand us their most important people. We don't take that lightly. We know your kids' names, their favourite snack, and the friend they run in to find first thing.

Locally invested, not just locally located.

They're learning they're capable. Not because someone told them they're smart, but because they did something themselves, at their own pace, with room to get it wrong first.

Today, we marked R U OK Day across Climbing Ladders. 💛

This year's message is a simple one: don't wait for September to check in on someone. If a friend, a partner, or a colleague has been on your mind, today's as good a day as any to ask.

Our educators took a moment together today to talk about what that looks like in our own community, for each other, and for the families we see every day.

Because behind every drop-off and pick-up, there's a lot going on. We see you, and we're always here.

We're not here to hand them the answer. We're here to give them room to find it themselves. That's what happens every day across North Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Stanhope Gardens. 🧡

👔 Happy Father's Day, Climbing Ladders dads! 👔

Wednesday 2nd September, 3-4pm, we're rolling out the red carpet for a Father & Child Fashion Show right here at our Rouse Hill centre.

Bring your favourite dad or father figure, dress to impress (bow ties optional but encouraged), and walk the red carpet hand in hand with your little one. Fun activities, plenty of laughs, and memories worth keeping.

All are welcome, just show up and celebrate with us.

Little hands, big creativity, and a lot of icing.

No right answer. No wrong answer. Just creativity and a bit of fun.

We've been part of the Hills District since 2021.

In that time we've watched babies take their first steps. Seen toddlers go from clinging at the door to running in without looking back. Had children explain things to us in the most beautifully complicated ways.

We have three centres now - North Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Stanhope Gardens. Each one different. Each one built around the same idea: that every child deserves a place where they feel known.
