Before any work starts on site, we engage our building designer to help bring the ideas to life.

These 3D concept drawings give the client a clearer picture of how the space will come together, from the layout and storage through to natural light, finishes and the overall feel of the room.

For renovations and extensions, this stage is important. It helps everyone get on the same page early, make better decisions before construction starts and reduce changes later in the build.

Renovating can be disruptive, if you’re still living at during the project but the way the site is managed makes a big difference.

Coastal Timber Works focuses on keeping sites clean, organised and considerate of the people living and working around the project.

That includes managing dust, noise, safety and access wherever possible, so the process is controlled from start to finish.

A good renovation is about more than the finished home. It’s about keeping the site organised, communicating clearly and making the process easier for the people living through it.

A full bathroom transformation for this Manly Vale home.

The original bathroom had a dated layout, older tiling, a built-in bath and a shower screen that made the room feel smaller than it needed to.

The finished space feels much cleaner and more open, with large-format grey tiles carried through the shower zone, a frameless glass screen, double basin vanity and mirrored shaving cabinets for extra storage.

The wider shower area, lighter wall tiles and long window help bring more natural light through the room, while the darker floor and feature tiles add contrast without making the space feel heavy.

A practical bathroom renovation with a much better use of space, more storage and a cleaner modern finish.
