📚✨ Literacy Superstars! ✨📚

Take a look behind the scenes! K/6 Superstars have been continuing to develop their literacy skills in class.

We’ve been busy:
🧠 Practising Phonics: Learning different letter combinations for the sounds we already know.
🎯 Mastering High-Frequency Words: Boosting reading and writing fluency.
📖 Guided Reading: Reading stories and building comprehension.
🧱 Literacy Activities: Engaging in fun, hands-on learning tasks.

It is wonderful to see such focus and determination from our young learners. Take a look at our learners caught in action 📸

Transport NSW – Changes to Local Bus Services from 21 June

🎙️A very special talk 🔴⚫️🟡

Last Friday, Stage 1 were lucky enough to spend quality time together learning about Miss Lipovic and Ms Meers’ Aboriginal culture.

Miss Lipovic and Ms Meers talked to us about their mob, their totems, and why their culture is important to them.

The Stage 1 teachers were blown away by how our Year 1 and 2 students showed respect, understanding, and active listening.

A massive thank you to Mrs Kapoor for organising and a big well done to our two brave Year 1 students who MC’d this very special experience.

We are so lucky to have these rich learning opportunities at CHNPS!

🏀🏆 2026 PSSA Season 2 Round 2 – Basketball Results! 🏆🏀

A fantastic day for Chester Hill North Basketball, with both our Boys and Girls Teams securing victories in Round 2 of the PSSA competition.

Well done to all players for their teamwork, effort and sportsmanship throughout the day. Keep up the great work! 💙👏🏀
