Josephine Lam OAM JP was invited by the president of ABSC to participate a foamal dinner of media conference on 7th of March 2024 , with the friends of keynote speakers and a VIP Q & A panel, including His Excellency Mr Ufuk Gezer (Ambassador of Turkey), His Excellency Mr Joe Tapera Mhishi (Ambassador of Zimbabwe / Dean of the African diplomatic corps), and Dr Joseph Rizk AM (CEO / Managing Director, Arab Bank Australia Ltd).

Josephine Lam OAM JP the Director of Tasmanian College of English joined ACBC Popularize of Education of China. The Hon Anoulack Chanthivong MP, and Murat Dizdar PSM had presentation.

On 24 June, 2023, Josephine Lam Oam JP was invited to attend the event of the 12th anniversary and 5th inaugurate celebration of ACETCA. Limin Zhou, the General-Consul of Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney; Paul Fletcher, shadow minister of the science and the arts; Yaowen Guo, Councilor of Sydney on behalf of the Mayor of Sydney; the honorable Philip Ruddock AO, the mayor of Hornsby Shire Council and many other community leaders attended the event. Josephine Lam Oam JP appointed by ACETCA as honorary adviser.

ON 25th June, Australian Fujian Association organized an event to celebrate the Duanwu Festival which is an important festival for Chinese people. The chairman of Australian Fujian Association, Josephine Lam Oam JP made many traditional Chinese food to share with members, which comfort people left hometown many years.

The celebration was held at ICCA Sydney. Torch relay was arranged. During the event, the certificate of chairman of the fifth ACETCA, the certificate of executive chairman of ACETCA, and certificate to members were issued. General Consul Limin Zhou of Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney, The Hon. Paul Fletcher MP, the shadow minister of the science and the arts department, Guo Yaowen, the councilor of Sydney on behalf of the Mayor of Sydney, the Mayor of Hornsby Shire Council the honourable Philip Ruddock AO, and many community leaders attended the event. Josephine Lam Oam JP appointed by ACETCA as honorary adviser.

澳洲中华经贸文化交流促进会十二周年庆典暨第五届就职典礼于6月24日晚在悉尼国际会展中心举行。当晚的意义深刻的主席团火炬传递仪式，象征了主席职位的交接和责任的传承。还颁发了华贸会第五届主席委任状，执行主席聘任书，成员聘任书以及相关贡献奖和感谢状，向为华贸会做出杰出贡献的个人和组织表示敬意和感谢。中国驻悉尼总领事馆总领事周立民，澳大利亚联邦科学与艺术影子部长保罗弗莱徹，悉尼市长代表悉尼市议员郭耀文，霍恩斯比郡市长菲利普卢铎，华贸会创会主席林辉源，第三届主席王福官，第四届主席薛叶光，第五届主席吴飞鹏等350余人出席了盛典。
