On Tuesday, Year 2 visited the Botanic Gardens in the beautiful city of Sydney to learn about how plants grow and change. We were blessed with a beautiful day full of learning, fun and exploration. We even made our very own seed ball to take home.
FANTASTIC! 🪴🌳👩‍🌾👨‍🌾

Every year, on the longest night of the year, Sydney gathers at Martin Place to remember those who have died while experiencing homelessness. For many, it is their only commemoration.
The Homeless Persons' Memorial Service offers an opportunity for the community to pause, pay respect and reflect on the work that remains to ensure fewer people experience homelessness.

Congratulations to our Extension Amadeus Ensemble group for coming second in our section! We were the only Primary school in our section, so it was a huge achievement to place in front of high school students.🎉🎉🎉

We had a special visitor at our St Anthony's assembly on Friday, Jerome Laxale, Member for Bennelong! Not only did he hand out awards to our merit recipients and Artists of the Week but he also gifted the school three new flags. He and his team enjoyed sharing some fun facts about each of the flags with our students.

Our Year 6 student leaders were very privileged to attend the Cathedral for a very special Mass celebrating our country's national feast day, Mary Help of Christians.
The children were treated to a beautiful Eucharistic celebration presided by Bishop Percy.
