Today we honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of the ANZACs.
Our educators created a meaningful ANZAC-themed sensory tray, giving children the opportunity to explore and connect through hands-on learning. Alongside this, the children enjoyed a range of creative craft activities, expressing their understanding in thoughtful and age-appropriate ways.

🏴☠️ Pirate Fun at Little Branches! ⚓
Inspired by the children’s voices and interests, we created a special pirate area in our sandpit where the children could explore, imagine and play. The space invited them to become pirates, search for treasure and create their own adventures together.
It was wonderful to see their creativity, teamwork and storytelling come to life through play. Check out some of the highlights from our Pirate Week so far in the video below! 🏴☠️

🐉🏮Celebrating Chinese New Year at Little Branches!🏮🐉
Our children had a wonderful time celebrating Chinese New Year with a beautiful red and gold set, festive crafts, and fun learning activities. 🧧✨
Through play and creativity, they explored traditions and the meaning behind this special celebration. We love creating opportunities to celebrate and learn about different cultures together. ❤️

✨ Today we had the most magical time celebrating Christmas with our residents as part our intergenerational program! The day was filled with laughter, fun activities, and plenty of Christmas cookie decorating. Our hearts are full. ❤️🎄🍪

We had such a wonderful visit at our centre last week! The team from Future Bright Smilies taught the children all about keeping their teeth healthy through fun, hands-on games activities and even did some checkups. 🦷✨
The children were so excited to learn new brushing tips, explore dental tools, and take part in activities that made dental hygiene both educational and enjoyable.

As part of our Remembrance Day reflections, the children explored the meaning of the poppy and what it represents.
They expressed their thoughts through beautiful spring poppy art and we all took a minute of silence (as best as we could) to show respect for all who have served.
