Motivation Monday - this is your reminder to take care of yourself as a priority
How often do you prioritise yourself over others?
How much time do you invest into your health and wellbeing?
Let's face it; life doesn't usually cooperate with your health and wellbeing goals. Putting others first becomes your priority; once they have been taken care of, you may have some energy left to spend on yourself.
Sound familiar?
Having a strategy that shifts away from an all-or-nothing approach to 'an always do something' can be the change you need.
You can't be the best version of yourself if you don't make time for your first.
Think of your health habits having volume k***s; there is no play/pause or even an off button, just a volume control from 1 to 10.
10 is the most you can do, and 1 being the least.
This way, you can scale your health habits up or down based on what is going on in your life to be still able to make progress during the craziest times of your life.
Scaling self-care to fit your life, not the life of others!
