SHORT STORY ABOUT ME
I was born and grew up in Devon in the South of England. Introduced to martial arts at the age of 13 as a way to release my emotions.
I quickly knew that health and fitness was my passion and how I wanted to spend my life. I had many mentors throughout my journey and believe without them I would not have been as successful as I am now.
I want to pass it forward to my clients. friends and family and provide a space for women to feel supported, protected and encouraged to strive to be the best version of themselves.
Be a better mum, wife, sister, daughter because they take care of themselves and find a healthy relationship / balance in fitness and health.

30min workouts can be just as effective as 1hr or more. Quite frankly “who the hell has time for that”? I know I don’t anymore.
There are many ways to program your workouts to get results and some precious time back.
I currently use my online APP to program for myself so I know there is no time to think but just do.
Supersets are my new best friend 🫶🏻
