βœ¨πŸŽ‰ Feast Day Celebrations! πŸŽ‰βœ¨
The Feast Day of St Aloysius Gonzaga, our patron saint, is always a highlight on our school calendarβ€”and this year was no exception! πŸ’™πŸ™
We began the day with a STEM Showcase and Open Classrooms, where our students proudly shared their empowered learning with parents, carers and grandparents. It was incredible to see their curiosity, creativity, and confidence in action! πŸ”¬πŸ€–πŸ“š
This was followed by a beautiful Feast Day Mass, celebrated with great reverence. The liturgy was truly lifted by the amazing singing and the musical talents of our Amadeus Extension Group.
To top it all off, the entire school gathered for a picnic at Gunnamatta Park β€”a perfect way to celebrate together in friendship and spirit.

Days like these remind us what a special faith and learning community we are! πŸ’«

Don’t forget its Pyjama Day on Friday , so wear your pyjamas and bring along your donations. Your generosity will help our amazing Winter Sleepout students create snack packs for people experiencing homelessness across Sydney this winter.

Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference to those doing it tough during the colder months. Thank you for supporting this important initiative and helping us put our faith into action through kindness, compassion and service to others. πŸ’™

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Athletics Carnival 2026πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ
Yesterday’s soggy conditions at The Ridge couldn't dampen the excitement of our annual Athletics Carnival! Our students embraced the challenge with determination and resilience, giving their best in every event while having plenty of fun along the way.

The highlight of the day was the incredible community spirit on display - cheering, encouragement, and teamwork shone through despite the rain. We are so proud of our students for their positive attitudes and enthusiasm!

Well done to everyone who made the day such a success. A special thank you to Mr Lennon and Mrs Rapp for their organisation and coordination of the event, despite adverse conditions! πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ’™

πŸ“šβœ¨ National Simultaneous Storytime βœ¨πŸ“š
Today our K–6 students joined children across Australia to read Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller by Adrian Lloyd and Adam Jackson. πŸ¦˜πŸ’›
Now in its 26th year, National Simultaneous Storytime brings schools, libraries and families together to share the same Australian story at the same time. A fun and meaningful way to promote literacy and a love of reading! πŸ“–πŸ’« Sydney Catholic Schools
