We can't think of a better person for the Champion of Change award than our CEO Renee Noble, a title she deservingly received at the Women In Digital Awards 2023!
The time, effort, and love that Renee has put into Girls Programming Network and Tech Inclusion over the last 10 years is immeasurable, and the impact and change she has made for women, girls, and gender-diverse people reaches across the country and has touched thousands of lives.
We are so proud to see Renee honoured in this way and look forward to being part of her never-ending change-making journey.

We love our COO, Alex Penna! You will too, after you hear about the amazing work she puts in! She's a superstar, both here at Tech Inclusion and Girls Programming Network, taking the program we all know and love to new heights, and in her day job as a software engineer at Atlassian (one of our proud sponsors!)!
That's right, everything you see Alex doing to make GPN go is only half her life! She's repping out in industry as a woman in tech by day, and making sure there's a full pipeline of future women in tech by night.
Definitely take the time to read this article about Alex Penna! (worth subscribing, it's free!)

We couldn't be more excited for this partnership and to have Atlassian on our team as we continue to expand our full-pipeline approach to gender-diversity to reach more people across the country!
A huge thank you to the incredible team at Atlassian for believing in our mission and helping us take GPN to the next level!

We came home extra proud from the Australian Women in Security Awards, having taken out the Most Innovative Educator in Cybersecurity Award for our Girls Programming Network work!
Our CEO, Renee Noble was at the glamourous masquerade gala to collect the award, accompanied by Melbourne local and GPN Melbourne Lead, Bella Lafrenais
(And thank goodness there were 2 of us there, AWSA do not skimp on the glass. This trophy is definitely a 2 person lift! As with GPN, teamwork makes the dream work πͺππͺ)

We couldn't be more proud of our COO, Alex Penna, who's been selected as one of the finalists for the Best Volunteer Award at the Australian Women in Security Awards for 2023!
Alex has been instrumental in helping bring Tech Inclusion to life and helping grow the impact and reach of Girls Programming Network around Australia! She is so deserving of this honour!

We are very excited to be one of the finalists for the Most Innovative Educator in Cybersecurity at the Australian Women in Security Awards for 2023!
We've been doing some really cool stuff in the past few years at Girls Programming Network with our new cyber-focused content! Our cryptography workshop has long been a favourite, but our latest addition to our content collection, our Password Cracker workshop, has been a hit around the country! It's great to see students really engaging with cyber concepts, from hashing to rainbow tables and more! It's amazing when you see students leave a workshop with an understanding of how cybersecurity impacts their own lives, but also how they could pursue it as a career!
